Hi, I'm Evie - and I believe the best celebrations are the ones where you can be fully present.
Welcome to Everyday Evie! For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of planning events, bringing people together, and turning ideas, into experiences filled with meaning, beauty, and unforgettable moments.
At the hear of what I do is a genuine love for people, relationships, and connection. Whether I’m coordinating a wedding, planning a milestone celebration, or bringing a large-scale event to life, my goal is always the same: to take care of the details so you can be present for the people and moments that matter most.
Outside of Everyday Evie, I’m a wife, mom to three amazing adult children, and a proud grandmother. My faith, family, and relationships are a huge part of who I am and have shaped the way I serve others—with love, patience, kindness, and care.
My background includes more than 28 years of administrative and executive support experience and over 22 years of event planning. I also serve in leadership at Inspire Church and have had the privilege of helping lead and host large-scale gatherings, including the annual Arise Women’s Conference
After spending more than 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, Hawaiʻi is now home. And whether I'm planning an intimate celebration or an event with thousands of guests, I still believe it's the thoughtful details and personal touches that make an experience truly special.
